A Note from Rachel

Hi. I'm Rachel.

And I need you to know something before we go any further:

I'm here as the woman who's walked through the fire…

and learned how to come home to herself on the other side.

I grew up with a chronic illness.

The kind that doctors couldn't explain, that treatments couldn't fix, that left me feeling like my body was something to manage, not trust.

I became a mother.

And like so many of us, I thought love would be enough.

But I found myself:

My Background

I'm a trained pharmacist. I spent years in primary education. I'm certified in holistic and energetic therapies.

But my real training?

It came from living this.

From raising two teenage boys -one with dyslexia -and learning that our children don't need perfect parents.

They need present ones.

From navigating my own chronic illness and discovering that our bodies aren't broken - they're brilliant.

They're just trying to protect us.

From sitting in my own grief, rage, and self-abandonment long enough to finally understand:
