Hi. I'm Rachel.
And I need you to know something before we go any further:
I'm here as the woman who's walked through the fire…
and learned how to come home to herself on the other side.
I grew up with a chronic illness.
The kind that doctors couldn't explain, that treatments couldn't fix, that left me feeling like my body was something to manage, not trust.
I became a mother.
And like so many of us, I thought love would be enough.
But I found myself:

I tried everything.

I'm a trained pharmacist. I spent years in primary education. I'm certified in holistic and energetic therapies.
